SARGOL:
Sargol saffron is another type of saffron. This saffron, like Negin, only contains the red parts of saffron. But its length and size are shorter than Negin saffron. Sargol saffron is generally thought to be of high quality since it lacks yellow or orange threads. Sargol is easily identified by its full and deep red color, as well as its short threads. Sargol saffron, on the other hand, often includes crumbs and broken lines.

And which one is superior?
ALL forms are genuine saffron; the distinction is in the method of sorting saffron threads.
HOWEVER:
Since HIGH QUALITY is one of the most important, NEGIN has the volume and thread length of PUSHAL and the color strength of SARGOL at the same time. Any artificial color changes can't access this, so it's completely natural. The coloring power (crocin) of NEGIN and SARGOL is roughly the same, but NEGIN is more.

The most important factors in saffron are crocin (color), picrocrocin (flavor), and safranal (aroma). Saffron with a higher concentration of these compounds has higher efficiency.
